Adulthood

When we were kids we all had dreams, ones we once swore to protect unless we make it happen someday when we grow up. And then we grow up. The entire time we were learning to understand things, things so important as "what society thinks about our actions" and in that vast universe of newly learnt knowledge, our dreams just get pushed down and down and down and gradually it's left into ashes once we look back. I remember being the most ambitious one around, but my life tragedies made me come to such a point that today, I wonder, what was it that I once dreamed of?

Can you relate?

How to get shiny and gorgeous hair?

We all just want to have hair that's Sleek, Healthy, Shiny & Gorgeous. But how is it possible to have hair like celebrities when you're living on a tight schedule and face severe level of pollution everyday? Well, i have the simple answer to maintaining the perfect Hair calendar.

We all are different, so your preferences may also differ from mine - just like some women like it sleek and straight and some enjoy wavy volumes. However the type of your hair is, it has nothing to do with the Perfect Nourishment Routine you need to know to maintain beautiful Hair all throughout your hectic daily life.
How easy could a Hair care routine be?  So today I'm going to guide you through the fastest way to have faster growing healthy hair :

Hair tips :
1. Do NOT wash your hair everyday with shampoo. Water has a tendency of drying moistures out so the more you wash - the drier it gets.

2. If your head sweats during summers, let the sweat evaporate naturally as it consists of many natural nutrients and oils released due to opened pores. You can turn on a fan or turn on your air cooler when you reach home.

3. Always use a silk pillow cover to prevent most of your hair moisture to get absorbed.

4. Always use scarfs all over your hair when there's wind. Wind dries out hair moisture from hair.

5. Avoid Hair Bleaching - Bleaching your hair is a suicidal mission.

6. Don't hesitate to pay for ammonia free colors if you're planning to dye your hair.

Hair Washing Tips:

1. Always Shampoo twice. Apply more in the first wash and massage it well and let it rest for a while. Wash off and reapply again with a lesser amount and massage for a while and wash off, don't let it sit.

2. Always prefer natural draining of water before applying conditioner, rather than pat drying or squeezing your hair. Squeezing can cause hair to break.

3. Leaving a towel on for too long can drain out half the moisture from your hair. So if possible, pat dry less and dry your hair by leaving it open in the wind or under the sun for longer after each wash.

4. Use cooler air for drying hair if you're using a blow dryer. If you're in a hurry, blow dry in high heat and then sprinkle some cold water on your hair and blow dry it it on cooler air.

5. Always wash your hair upside down if you want to fasten  your hair growth.

6. It is best advised to first use a nutritious shampoo rich in minerals to clean you hair and then rewash with a certain hair type controlling shampoo and conditioner combo i.e. frizz free, straightening shampoo,  extra volume, sleek and shiney etc.

Hair Oils :

Choosing the right hair oil for your hair must be a tough choice to make. But no matter whatever oil you use to nourish you hair, you need to leave it for at least 12-24 hours before washing with shampoo and conditioner and let it rest for 4-6 more hours to see how much the Oil has worked. Washing off oil that hasn't been absorbed by the hair is like washing regular hair. Each hair oil takes different  time period in order to get absorbed completely. 12 hrs is based on the average absorption of most.
Oiling perfectly once a week is enough to promote double hair growth. Its a myth that the more you oil the better your hair becomes. Its all about delivering extra nourishment to your hair roots needed for healthier hair. If you oil 5 times a week leaving it on for 2 hours before each wash, it should deliver no such practical improvement to your hair. Rather, oil once a week, leave it on overnight, wash it off and leave the washed hair for about 6 hours or more. For acquiring the best possible result - an entire night to rest and settle.
Below is the list for available hair oils and what they work the best for:

1. Dabur Amla Oil - suits best for most hair types and great for faster growing hair.

2. Emami 7 oils in 1 - Brings extra ordinary shine and smoothness.

3. Almond Oil - for Healthier, Shinier hair.

4. Castor Oil - for more straighter hair.

5. Olive Oil and Coconut Oil - General nourishment- longer absorption time.

6. Argan oil -  Promotes Hair growth and  recovers split ends.

7. Grape oil - prevents frizz.

8. Mixing the right oil types: never mix two or more sticky hair oils together for better results. The ideal ratio is. 1:1/2 :- non-sticky:heavy oil.

9. Heated Coconut oil + fresh lemon extract - Removes Dandruff

10. Aloe vera gel - non sticky oils- shinier and softer hair.

11. Almond oil can be used as a great heat protectant spray if a couple of drops is added to a cup of water and sprayed all over hair before applying heat.

So, how easy is this?

Arsenal Vs Southampton - Premiere League 2015/2016 Match Report

Tottenham climbed above The Gunner's in the Premiere League Table,
Fans Blame Arsenal's last Three Consecutive League Defeats with No Goals Scored:

The Gunners must be pointed to have the field living the game by only Ozil in the whole of left flank and Alexis around the mid box, while Olivier alone himself restlessly covered for both during the whole of First Half. Together, three of them again proved to be a very highly demanding "start-up formation" for any club, due to their Strategically better performed combination. Forever-Green start-up 3, also titled as "The Must  Starting XI" when playing alongside each other even after a long while, showed true devotion holding up the Classic Arsenal's bandwidth.

As per the Second half, Joel's take over of the lead which Alexis had began to lack, helped Ozil keeping up battling against with the tricky countering Guard of the Southampton's scoring box - underdog Englishman Forster.

And the Amazing alertness of Forster which surely has fascinated more crowd than the disappointed bunch from the Gunners underestimating Englishmen tactics firing back at them. Ozil's must goal in the first half may have surely remained conceded even if keeper like David DeGea stood there instead of Forster. Impeccable close-ranging shot countering coverage was demonstrated by this 27 years old Englishman that left many faces in the audience Awed.

Must praise the coordination provided by Victor and Romeu to restrict any available space around Ozil, Sanchez and Campbell as much as possible, even causing suffocation at times in their flexibility to even move freely along with the ball. Fonte and Virgil (for a while Dijk too) didn't break the arch which they had strategically planned and flawlessly played out in real to counter the tricky contribution of Olivier to provide any cover for the other two, which resulted into mispairing in both Ozil and Campbell until Walcott drew the bit of change (which didn't make much of a difference though).
The Evident coordination being demonstrated flawlessly successful on the field of the The Saints' RBs and MFs's extraordinary consistency held altogether by being honestly devoted true to their strategy with full dedication concentrating on providing Fraser Forster with more alerting moment and better vigilant opportunities to be surer while countering any further intake. Strategy materialized to this level of Perfection has never been so recognizable in any of the Strategic matches for a very long time. It wouldn't have been possible without the Rooted unity of the Arc created by Fonte & Virgil, supported and stabled by Dijk in needed hours; and the Amazing frustration by restricting enough ground-space for any Gunner winger to move, remained completely undisturbed all throughout. The strategy consistently maintained its unpredictability until the mid-hour of the Second Half, when the concept of the Strategy finally stabilized for a while as it finally began clearing itself out.

This complex Italian Covering Strategy included individual indication of revolving restriction Order given by a lead player to be executed by another side player, which as of in the authority of the Lead player itself to be alternated with ordering duties every other time from one player to another : in Strategic terms which is better referred as the "Varying Lead Hour". Only when the Varying Lead Hour stabilized while in between the second half, it was eminent that the Indication of revolving Restriction Order was now to be given by Victor whereas field-man Romeu just played out primary tactic by exhausting spacing environment as he pushed their target Winger toward the Arc where Dijk controlled the steering point and accordingly crowded the covering space by interfering the Arc tip into their fixed blockade zone, this resulted The Gunners to be forced to commit missed passes/give headers when possible or even committing short ranging goal-kicks every time into smaller accessible portions of the box. This allowed Forster to have a smaller Focus every time ton utilize lesser angles to perceive, most especially, optimizing his complete control over the particular Focal range providing more flexibility to act quicker to counter even any Unanticipated low Headers alike Olivier Giroud's one.

From the only Truly Heavy Defeat of this Premiere League this season, on 27th of December 2015, against Southampton by 4-0; Arsenal already carried the burden of losing the opportunity that already made them Cost to rise on Top of the Table of the Premiere League 2015-16 at Leicester's expense. Tonight, adding a more dramatic version of the word" Hat-trick" Defeat embracing Arsenal's consecutive defeat for the Third time in a row against Southampton, Especially the intake of 6 concedes and 0 scored against altogether.

Though it is noticeable that The Saints missed their vast chances of attacking due to their strict concentration onto a fixed strategy against the Gunners, they've achieved a Hat-trick in League Victories with zero concede.

Whereas Koscielny could not help undergoing analytical Criticism by few Former Gunners alongside with the Sports Analysts; summarizing an opinion that said, "At times it is better to convey a pass toward the wingers and center midfielders standing in a position nearer to the box with practical possibilities to score than the idea of shooting a Heading over to the sky from about 6/7 yards off the box."

For Olivier, that tipped away header was sudden enough, it was just Foster who's just been too good to have understood the tactic for which Olivier's shot laid low.
Emerging the Berth of 3 consecutive League Victories without a single Concede in this Premier League, Southampton proudly begins the introduction of The Englishman Fraser Forster guarding the curtains of their Goal-Box for three consecutive League Matches..

Pregnancy Diabetes: Prevention, Cure and Awareness of its Effects

Diabetes, a perpetual liver condition with its undeveloped cure until the Present day. A very common disease with a continuing threat of its proliferation among the commons. Especially within the environments of the developing and underdeveloped communities, where commons lack the sufficient awareness of the severe consequences of Diabetes and the general knowledge of preventing Diabetes, which in most cases, results from undergoing any irregularity in their daily living and diet for an ample time.

The very common phenomenon behind the increasing Diabetic condition in women would be their unregulated and least monitored condition of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM), which in simpler meaning refers to the Temporary Glucose Intolerance observed in women during their Pregnancy interim. A woman is diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes when Glucose Intolerance continues beyond 24-28 weeks of gestation. Any degree of glucose intolerance with onset or first recognition during pregnancy recognizes the possibility that the Patient may have previously had undiagnosed Diabetes Mellitus, or, may have developed Diabetes coincidentally along with pregnancy. Gestational Diabetes, often termed as a condition of "Temporary Glucose Intolerance", which usually resolves after the birth of the child. But when not monitored regularly and treated as needed, it might give rise to endangering complications to the health of both the mother and the fetus. Also, the lack of well monitoring of the blood glucose level periodically may enhance the longevity of the emerging insulin resistance caused by the interference of the actions of Pregnancy Hormones and other factors. Prevention is always said to be better than Cure, so before planning to conceive, it is very important to have a counseling with a Specialist or Gynecologist about the preventive supplements (e.g.: Folic Acid) and multidisciplinary management for better pregnancy outcomes. It is always advised to conduct moderate physical exercise during pregnancy, as in the latest review released in 2015 proved that moderate free-hand exercise done during pregnancy helps in regulating the flow of blood and enhances the metabolism which then effectively prevents Gestational Diabetes from occurring up to a certain extent.

Risk of developing Diabetes Mellitus in future is certainly greater if one already undergoes through the Gestational Diabetes in the interim while of her Pregnancy. A second pregnancy within about 1 year from the previous pregnancy carries very high risks of the Gestational Diabetes to reoccur and less promising chances of not resulting into Diabetes Mellitus which in further stabilizes in its permanent and incurable form in the patient's metabolism. GDM needs to strict regulation and proper medication to be in control to avoid its risk factors from effecting both the mother and the child.
Some risk factors must be taken into consideration before getting Pregnant which tend to develop GDM, these factors should always be the Primary concern that needs attention and care even before conceiving:

   # Previously diagnosed GDM, Impaired Glucose Tolerance or Impaired Fasting Glycaemia.

  # A decent amount of medial intervention from one pregnancy to the other, at least a minimum of 1 Year.

    # Maternal Age span (up to 35 years) explains the strong immunity of a woman to endure the physical complications during Gestation and conduct a healthy Pregnancy successfully.
The risk factor increases as she gets older, especially more than 35 years of age.

    # Having Polycystic Ovary Syndrome is itself a threat to develop GDM.

    # A first-degree relative (e.g. Father, Mother, Siblings etc) with
Type-2 Diabetes in the family History.

    # Untreated Genetic Disorder related to poor Obstetric background.

   # Being Overweight or severe Obesity increases the risk of having developed GDM along with the chances of further risks of progressing into developing Diabetes Type-2 due to weak immunity and feeble metabolism.

Diagnosing GDM requires a universal screening as many women do not face the severity of the symptoms of Diabetes. But some women might experience symptoms like Bladder Infection, Yeast Infection, Fatigue, Vomiting, Sudden Blurred Vision, Abnormal proliferation in urination and Irritation in the cervix.

A wide range of diagnostic tests and various screening methods have been in use to perceive the presence of high level of Glucose found in Plasma and Serum in defined circumstances. Although it is not at all advised to Forgo routine checkups due to absence of risk factors, because a mass number of healthy women often develop GDM despite having no risk factors but due to the Pregnancy Hormones that tend to interfere with the action of Insulin and binds the Insulin Receptor. The phenomenon of Insulin resistance is a very normal condition of Pregnancy that tend to emerge in abound the second trimester of Pregnancy.

Tests for confirming Gestational-Diabetes

*      Non-Challenge Blood Glucose Test : A simpler and Inexpensive Blood Test that measures the level of Glucose present in Plasma. The result is confirmed to be affirmative when the given Blood Glucose Level is observed through this test on two subsequent days:
          *  If found higher than 126 mg/dl (7.0 mmol/l) after Fasting
                                                                              &
        * over 200 mg/dl (11.1 mmol/l) on any occasion.

*    Screening Glucose Challenge Test : This simplified version of Oral Glucose Tolerance Test is generally performed between 24-28 weeks of Gestation. It involves drinking 50 grams of Glucose Solution and measuring the blood Glucose level after 1 hour. No Prior fasting is required. Though this result detects the GDM successfully, there might be some women who may get subjected to a consequent Oral Glucose Tolerance Test unnecessarily. The cut-off value mentioned below clarifies the test result value to ensure the confirmation of GDM according to any particular test result value:

                 * If the cut-off value is set at 140 mg/dl (7.8 mmol/l), 80%  of women with GDM will be detected.

                 * If this threshold for further testing is lowered to 130 mg/dl, 90% of GDM cases will be detected.

*    Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) : A type of Blood Test that is similar to Screening Glucose Challenge Test which also involves drinking a Glucose solution of  75-100 grams; but requires an overnight of fasting. The results are taken periodically over a set timer starting from the Fasting sugar level, then its repeated over certain intervals.

*      Urinary Glucose Testing : Gestational Diabetes results in higher Glucose consistency in the urine produced (Glucosuria). The increased GFR of the urinary system during pregnancy causes positive results on the Dipstick for about half the women taking the test. It is quite hard to predict GDM through the urinary testing, as it requires a certain degree of Glucosuria's sensitivity for GDM which is too very low during the first two trimesters of Pregnancy and the Positive Predictive value is about 20% in an average if using Dipsticks.

Untreated GDM may give arise to life threatening circumstances for both the mother and the child. Uncontrolled Glucose level in blood may cause further abnormalities in the child which may need to be taken care of in the NICU unit. Neonates born from a GDM condition are also consistently in the risk of Hypoglycemia, Jaundice, Polycythemia, Hypomagnesaemia and also Hypocalcaemia.

In some children it causes chemical imbalance in their immune system causing interference with their maturation which makes them prone to Respiratory Distress Syndrome resulting from incomplete maturation of Lungs and Impaired Surfactant Synthesis.

An OGTT should must be done 6 weeks after the delivery of the child to ensure that the GDM disappeared. Strict maintenance of a proper nutritious diet consisting 2500 kCal per day excluding general carbohydrates, helps controlling sugar. Moderate physical Exercise as per stamina everyday helps preventing the risk of developing GDM. Patients are generally treated with safe oral Medications to regulate the insulin level, but Metformin group of insulin enhancers are safer than the Glyburide group of drugs. But it is very necessary to monitor the blood glucose level to prevent Hypoglycemia from occurring due to excessive dose of insulin received. But in many cases, use of Metformin and Insulin showed better result than the use of only insulin.

Prevention can always be successfully acquired if precautions are given alliance in the right hour. It is yet not too late for you to save your little ones from every little thing that might hurt it. This is not only about a female's health; it’s also about the health of a new life that is yet to arrive. Raise Awareness to prevent GDM to gift our future a beautiful society. In Bangladesh, according to the recent survey released by DMC in 2014, it showed that due to the lack of knowledge and proper health regulation, 72 out of 100 pregnant women tend to develop Diabetes Type-2 from GDM after pregnancy and has to live with it till eternity.

Identical: Chapter 1.4: Tired

It began to rain harder gradually making it harder for Hian to keep the windshield clean. Blurred vision through the glass and sorrows flying around his life became the reasons of his absent mind. It was silent in the car all through the way home. Julia did not speak because it was the best time for her to try her best to walk from pain before reaching a certain station where she has to deal things in her reality which she had never done before. Walking from pain is not a way heal yourself, you can lie to yourself for a certain period of time but you can not move on. May be this is what she just figured out.

As the storm began, Mr. Hian, for safety, parked his car immediately in front of a bakery. Julia did not mind walking slow towards the shade in the heavy rain though. By the time she had reached the door of the bakery from the street, she was half wet upfront. The red dress became redder, turquoise pupils sparkling as she stared inside. Hian already comforted himself with a seat on a two-seated table in the bakery, leaving the opposite for his guest, Julia.

Julia walked with grace as if the path from the door to the table was a wedding aisle. She let her bun release from the hair band slowly hoping to dry them. Hian now staring directly. But somehow he got unnoticed. Raspberry souffles were placed in front of each of them, Hian heading for his one, tried to find a conversation by saying smoothly:
     -  "I thought raspberry would've perfected the rain even more. I mean..um.. you like it? its okay for me if
you change it, i mean..", ended mumbling in rush.
     -  "It's perfect",
     - "Do you really have a rush to make home today? The storm's strong, it can be dangerous to travel all
         the way."
     -  "10 dollars a day means a lot to me. At least it helps me with a shelter and a day's food."
     -  "The bakery woman would consider this, trust me, I've known her for years."
     -  "Did you really aim for your life the way it is now back then?"
     -  "You don't know what's coming for you, so well I dint"
     -  "This souffle tastes great."
     -  "I was about to order another one, I hope you won't mind accompanying me again, would you?"
     -  "Chocolate this time!"

The storm began to seem harsher. It was hard for the glassdoors to stay calm, so the bakery decided to close itself from the inside, but until that, it had become a little more crowded. The two, staring at the rain, listening to the beats and seeing the same picture of the weather but from different point of views. It had brought them to think of themselves seriously, for the first time they both tried to bring all their sorrows and joys together to figure out how they are and how they were supposed to be at this certain point of life; both tired of everything...

Identical: Chapter: 1.3: Feeling Alive

The wet gloomy sunflowers were heading west for the sun to peek for the last time before setting down. Julia gazed at the wet grass and took her shoes off. She knew, it'd be a perfect walk to remember. The greenery contained the smell of the rain all over it. The slight cold breeze exfoliated the weather even more. Hian paused for a while and took a deep breath at the entrance of the cemetery. He was nervous, but more than that, he felt his love again. He felt something was pulling him inside. He knew, he could never feel alive again without Martha, at least he could not in last 16 years.

Days and months don't continue to be special, only a few jolly moments are the ones that make us smile even when we loose all our teeth as few mistakes make us cry even when we go blind. This is how the life is, its the mirage of cupidity. Rulers are born to be swindlers here. Avarice is the center of the capitalism where poor people go poorer and rich ones make the money role among themselves. Hian had all the money to join the competition of the lecherous. May be he had the blessings that kept him away, long away from the avarice.

He noticed that Julia's eyes were soaked in tears that were ready to sacrifice themselves in a while for a young lady who once intended to give this orphan a parental acquaintance, a house to call home, parents to love and a life to lead. This may be was the first time when he found something else to concentrate other than Martha's love in front of her grave. It was Julia's white sorrows. The silence was abnormal to Hian, he looked at Julia from the corner of his eyes, and then it all happened, then he could see her sorrows, her dreams reflecting on her tears and her innocence. He was mildly thrilled in his mysterious sight. The air blew, calling for the drizzle to arrive; but nothing could disturb his whim.

Her tear droplets fell on Martha's cemetery along with all the drizzling rain. The rain may had arrived to let the tear droplets spread over Martha, or may be it was Martha who wanted this to happen. Hian was getting lost into Julia, he started reading her mind unconsciously. She seemed like a kite, which bears a limit in all its activities. She had nothing to say. Any more moment here could break her down, she felt to get back right then. She turned back and along with Mr. Cooper, took a few steps forward. Then she stopped for a last time and turned back slightly and uttered, "Farewell mother"...

Hian's index finger found her ones while staring back, they headed off leaving the sun peeking for the last time in the day, their indexes over each others..
Feeling alive is more important than loving someone or being loved. Hian knew it now. He could feel it again...

Identical: Chapter: 1.2 : Start Anew

The Christmas theater had something special to it. Every year children used to act stories from Holy Bible. But this year, Priest had thought of something different with both the actors and the plot. The motive was none but teaching how to say Farewell; he thought each one of them needed to learn it more than a moral because it becomes hard every time to let go off one angel.

You can't always habituate yourself to hope for the thing you imagine to be happened.  Every orphan never leaves with the same reason of being adopted. Some never get adopted, some end up being the guardian of other orphans, and some just find their own way of living. The third kinds are the dreamers. Those who can put wings to their dreams are the successful ones. It's never necessary that only good luck can lead you to success. Luck is required, but  hardworking and an ambitious spirit sparkling through your pupils are more efficient in this case.

Ms Nina often used to head off to the local bakery to grab some pastries for the children. She had no earning source but had a brother who used to hand her over a few dollars on the first week of the month against her wish. But she never forced back the money to his brother, Mr. Cooper, because she knew, this may not help her much but it can bring happiness and joy to the children for a few days with chocolates and bakeries. Mr. Cooper had a regular conveyance in the orphanage. He often used to park by the bakery and get some croissants for children. It has been years that he is doing it. He was a stock broker in the town. Had a car of his own and a wife, Martha who was elder than him. The poor woman died of Cancer a year after he got married. After than he Ms Nina had never seen him into women anymore. Stock Exchange Market fetched him from his love life into his work life. He had made enough money in last 18 years. His hair started go white but he had no one to leave those for. Ms Nina had already been poking him to get back to the reality, to have someone to leave all the assets for. He needed an heir, but his consciousness never lied in these matters.

Julia Jennings , the eldest among the children, had been working in the bakery for a few months. She was an adult and prepared to move out. Mr. Cooper been seeing her since the day she was brought to the orphanage. Her sky blue eyes had always mesmerized Mr. Cooper's sights. Martha had always liked Julia. Martha intended to adopt her the very first day Mr. Cooper brought her to the orphanage. But the poor lady found her Cancer test results negative just after two months of her marriage. Mr. Cooper had no one in the home who can look after a child, otherwise he would have never stepped back to fulfill her wife's wish of bringing Julia home and name her Amber. He realized how long it had been when he, one day parked in front of the bakery and found Julia working there. She grew up. Time never did let him realize when this little girl wearing pink frocks grew up to an adult working in a bakery. She still looked beautiful, instead, more. She had dark black hair in a ponytail falling till her thighs and a white apron. The tanned skin had fitted itself perfectly with the round chubby cheeks. Her dimples were way too deeper, appeared even when she was talking. Her eyes were bigger. She had every single thing to attract a man in his first sight. So did she with Mr. Cooper. Before Mr. Cooper ordered, she started to pack croissants. He smiled and greeted her,
   - My fairy always knows what i want.
Julia  looked at him with the corner of her eyes while packing and said,
   - Growing up doesn't mean forgetting things.
   - Martha would have been proud of you.
   - Aren't you?
   - Ever, forever dear.
   - Martha's face is fading away from my memories. I want to visit her once.
   - It has been years so its supposed to be. Your presence would surely bring her peace.
   - Sunday afternoon?
   - I'd be honored to pick you up.

Mr. Cooper, after a long time felt fresh and joyful. He found his wedding tie from the store room and wore that with a blue suit and a white shirt. He used to wear that tie whenever he missed Martha. As if she was living through his veins. Years had passed so did the reality. His work made him so busy that Martha faded away like a sunset from his daily life. But days such as valentines, Mr. Cooper never missed to put a bouquet of roses on her cemetery. But now he could also not remember when was the last time he did it. But today was something special. Something better than  regular routine.

Julia was standing in a red dress with the hair all open. They drove towards the city. The air got  dustier and  humid as they approached to the city. Mr. Coopers old house seemed just the same as far as Julia could remember how it was back before 15 years. But the interiors changed. Its not as tidy as Martha used to keep it. But the things haven't been moved from their places yet. Ms. Nani and Mr. Cooper's childhood pictures were still in the same position over the fireplace. His bed still had the scratch mark of Martha's dog, Keiner. She was wandering inside the house and uttered slowly,
  - I can smell Martha in every corner of the house.
  - I still try to keep her touch. Things haven't been moved ever since she was gone.
  - Did you give away Keiner?
  - Keiner died few years after Martha. She had some babies though.
  - I hope they are in good homes.
  - On my backyard.
  - I can't believe you still love Martha so much.
  - May be it is what happens to be.
  - I am going to make us some lunch.
  - It might rain now. We better head off to the cemetery in the afternoon.
  - Would some Fajitas do to you?
  - It'd be just fine.
Everything seemed too weird. He could realize that it was just the day repeating itself after years, the day when Martha first visited his house. The rain, the fajitas, the air; everything seemed so known to Hian Cooper.

Was fate signing him something? Was he feeling alive again?
